I got billed today without my permission as my membership expires 3 days from now on 28th August,will i get refund after i cancel membership?

19,488 PointsThey will contact you. Can not remember there business hours but it is Monday thru Friday. You may try sending a new message to them. They will get in touch. Support did that for me once. Was billed and they refunded my account. I take a break from time to time, cancel my account before the due date. The account will stay active until the end date
