8,422 PointsI'm using version 1.1.0, so it might be different but for me it's in Settings... then in the Editor > Appearance tab.

8,422 PointsWhen you open your settings window, does it have a search bar in the top left? If so, try typing "line numbers" there. For me, that shows the settings sections which contain something about line numbers.
