Hello Jenna what you need to do is delete your <header> tags that you have next your <head> tags. I believe the challenge is asking you place your tags inside the <main> element so the layout goes like this <Head> then <body> below. Inside the body you have <header> <main> <footer>. Its asking you to place the (h2, p and ul) inside the main element.

Place the header element inside the <body> element and wrap the (h2, p and ul) with a <main> element. Hopefully this clears things up. Happy Coding.

<head> </head>

<body>

<header> </header>

<main> </main>

<footer> </footer>

</body>

"Bummer: Make sure the header element wraps the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page." was the response, the <header> is up top for my example, it marks it as correct there. but not lower down the page

firs thing before anything else remove the header elements on the top thats around your Head element

and if the error is telling you to place it inside the header then place the h2, p and ul in side the header tags the way i have it below.

no header tags around your head tag. Header tag goes inside the body. its HEAD then BODY and everything else goes inside the body.

See below. <html> opening

<head> (opening tag )

</head> (closing tag )
