Cannot get anything to work!!!!

I have tried literally copy-pasting other people's code into my workspace and the preview does nothing. I have tried in all my browsers and have cleared catche data before doing so. PLEASE HELP!!!

I've learned that the index.html tab or file has to be picked when you run the Preview Workspace. Make sure you save your files before running.
