Cannot get Genymotion emulator to work.

When I create a new machine in the Oracle VM Virtual Box Manager I get an Error: No bootable medium found! System Halted. I tried different boot order combinations but got same message. Not sure if my storage settings are correct. Controller: IDE Secondary Master- [CD/DVD] Empty and Controller: SATA Port 0-android_sdcard_disk.vmdk(Normal, 8.00 GB) Lastly, I got Unable to start the virtual device: The specified virtual device was not found in Virtual Box list, when I tried to start a new VD from within Genymotion.
