Cannot install genymotion plugin?

When I attempt to instal the Genymotion plugin for Intellij IDEA from the Genymotion website and open the file. A box pops up and says....

The Java JAR file "genymotion-idea-plugin-20140326 (2).jar" could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages.
