Cannot modify the output to display what challenge is asking??

am struggling to get this challenge to pass as i cannot get the output that is being asked for?

In PHP the foreach loop works like this:

foreach (array as $key => $value)

Your $books uses the ISBN's as a key and titles as values, so you have the two inverted.
