I'm using Cyberduck and the WH4S host. For some reason, I cannot open an SFTP connection to my website. I've posted all the information in as Nick does in his "How to Build a Website" Course and have made sure to change my port to 18765. However, all I get is that there was a problem connecting to my website and then offers me a link to this page.

Which I don't really understand. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
