Cannot see pixel in the mozzila developer tool display

Dears, when I was trying to check the height of my header, I saw 1519*1190 instead of ..*1020px. Do you have any idea why is this? However on the content(blue) padding (green) draw/table the number are fine (850 and 170). Btw is it possible to upload picture to get help?

I'm not sure if you could share a picture directly. Perhaps used Imgur, might help to clarify the issue
