can't access tech degree

hi i just signed up for the tech degree and started watching the videos. got to the first unit and it keeps telling me i need pro. so i need the tech degree and pro? seems a bit daft

I think a Techdegree subscription gives you access to everything.
You probably need to contact the Support staff directly.
