Can't add padding

I would like to add more padding to the bottom of my .Banner class. The effect isn't working and no extra blue background is being added.

Your .banner class has 2 selectors: one on line 86 and one on 204. Remember that .css is a cascading language, so line 204 overwrites line 86. Maybe that will fix the problem.
