cant debug

i went " http://127.0.0.1:8080/?port=5858" on chrome and Firefox to start debugging. I'm getting page is unable to connect to server. HELP!!!!????

How you have started your server? And do you understand, that :8080 is already your port and you don't need to assign it as parameter?
