Can't do referrals?

Hi, im trying to set up referrals, but when I go on the link, it comes up with the error "Bummer! Referrals are not supported for your account.". Why is this?

It's because your account is a tech degree account, which doesn't support referrals. Only the standard and pro accounts can receive referral benefits. Hope this helps.
