Hi, I want to download videos from libary, but after i press Itunes feed, my Itunes just open and do nothing. Why is happen? Btw, I have account Apple and my OS is Windows 8.1. Thanks.

Just checking in- Did you get it to work ok? Looking at your account, I can see videos downloaded via iTunes. If you don't respond, we'll assume no news is good news!

4,731 PointsUnfortunately, we don't have a link for transcript downloads. However, you can view it and/or copy and paste it from the "Video Transcript" tab underneath the video player and the video description.
