Can't edit anything on TextView on my Button

I can't edit anything under textview for my button. There was a similar situation earlier with Mac's not being able to edit the Textview, but there was an easy solution. I was able to figure out the harder way of making these edits but the instructor never mentions that there might be a problem with Mac's so I'm wondering what's wrong?
