PHP Integrating PHP with Databases Querying the Database with PHP Working with Results

Can't figure out what values I'm supposed to pass into this function, or if I even have the right function.

The following is what I have for the this particular code challenge: <?php include "helper.php"; $results->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC); $results = send_offer($member_id, $email, $fullname, $level);

It seems like this should be the answer, but I know I could very well be wrong. It keeps telling me I'm passing the wrong values. Am I supposed to make some values up or something? Or am I totally off here. Really confused.

index.php
<?php
include "helper.php";
$results->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC);
$results = send_offer($member_id, $email, $fullname, $level);
/*
 * helper.php contains
 * $results->query("SELECT member_id, email, fullname, level FROM members");
 */

fetch returns one row at a time, but it's the return value from fetch that you use. Given the use of fetch, not fetchall, you probably want:

<?php
include "helper.php";
while ($row = $results->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC)){
  send_offer($row['member_id'], $row['email'], $row['fullname'], $row['level']);
}
