Can't figure this out :( (Exception Syntax Error) - PYTHON

I would highly appreciate your time helping me out and responding to my question.. I don't know where the bug is, I tried a lot but I can't seem to figure it out. (PLEASE SEE THE SNAPSHOT)

On first glance, I notice that line 14 has unbalanced parentheses — two opens but only one close.
