Can't find Initial Setup file!

Hey so I'm doing the beginning setup for the android app developer, I downloaded the bundle and unpacked it but I can't find the initial setup file and I feel like maybe I did something wrong when I unpacked it or I just don't know where I'm supposed to be looking.

Sorry you're having trouble! It should be right in the "android_dev_environment" folder that was unzipped.

So I downloaded google version and tried running eclipse like it told me and I got an error message telling me that it couldn't find a java virtual machine in the folder that eclipse is located in.
