Can't find my list error?

When it checks my work it says that it cant find "my_list". Am I missing something or is this an error.

lists.py 
my_list = [ 1, 2, 3, 'hello', 'goodbye', ['helloagain', 'goodbyeagain']]

I think there have been problems with the code that checks challenges, especially in the python courses.

That's very unfortunate. Is this something that will be fixed? We cannot gain the experience/rewards for completing "units" without completing these "lessons"
