Can't get CSS to work

I've added the link to the CSS got my directories all ok but I keep getting the bullet points on my webpage which the vid says I shouldn't. Here's my code:

should be like this 

  <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">

you forgot the equals sign.
