Can't get Eclipse to load apps in Genymotion

Okay so I have installed Genymotion and run through the tutorials, installed the Eclipse plug-in and I can launch my selected VD from within Eclipse. But! How do I get Eclipse to run the apps in Genymotion emulator not the Eclipse one? Mine just automatically loads the eclipse emulator which never works. Read the forum, and can't see any answers to this. In my Genymotion Nexus emulator I click on Apps but Crystal Ball isn't there I've checked the gen folder and the compiled file is there. Please help - would like to test the apps!

Solved this myself - ended up doing alot of reading on the internet and sorted the ADB settings. Now Genymotion appears in the AVD list in Eclipse

It should be possible to change your "Run Configuration" in Eclipse and that will allow you to choose the Genymotion emulator.

No, it doesn't appear in any of the settings there either. So strange! I changed the setting so it always asks me which AVD to run, but the only one it brings up is the Eclipse one...
