I receive the audio, I get a still picture of Nick, but the video doesn't start. Have no idea what to do/try

3,951 PointsI bit the bullet and downloaded Chrome. That worked. I still need to track down the problem as I'm now worried pages I create won't be viewable in IE browsers.

39,199 PointsIf the videos play fine in Chrome, the issue is mostly likely due to an extension conflict between the extensions you have installed and the application Treehouse uses to play videos.
My guess is something designed to filter traffic, like an ad blocker, cookie blocker, HTTPS Everywhere.

1,475 PointsMaybe because of the dark color Nick used in 'Build simple website' project? because I was not able to see the text clearly so I just ignored those videos. I'm not sure if they are going to update it!

Mozilla Firefox ? Tools ? Clear Private Data [x] Browsing History [x] Download History [x] Saved Form and Search History [x] Cache [x] Cookies ? Clear Private Data Now
That might do it. A simple reset might also do the trick. It works for me more times than not.

39,199 PointsSounds like it could be an extension issue, try using you a different browser or using incognito mode and see if that fixes the issue. If so disable extensions to until you find the problem child.
