Can't identify why line of code is showing up "undefined"

So I took a snapshot here Line 4 keeps showing up as undefined in the js console and I don't understand why. 

var questions = [
  ['How many states are in the United States?', 50]
  ['How many continents are there?', 7]
  ['How many legs does an insect have?', 6]
];

You need a comma after the first two ending square brackets.
