Can't launch in Ubuntu

I installed Linux Ubuntu yesterday, and following instructions I was interested in Ubuntu Tweak. I created a repository for it, downloaded it and tried to launch it, but it doesn't launch or show launch option.

It just shows an icon looking like a document with the letters "Aa" in it. I suspect that means my ubuntu has not got the way to refer to the file format or something like that which is not the problem of Ubuntu Tweak but the one of my Ubuntu's configuration. I just started to use Ubuntu and literally I haven't done anything, so maybe there should be some modification.
