Can't Login to Treehouse iPad App

I'm currently unable to login to the Treehouse app on my iPad Mini. I checked twice to ensure my email and password entries were the same as with the browser version of Treehouse, but despite this and a working wi-fi connection I keep getting a "Oops! Please check your login details." (paraphrasing here). The app appears up-to-date, and reopening the app and restarting my wi-fi connection doesn't help.

Any ideas of what I could be missing? I currently have no trouble logging into Treehouse on my laptop with the exact same email and password entries, and over the same wi-fi network.

Same here! Happened all of a sudden a few minutes ago!

The best answers I can give are check the app store and see if the version is up to date (but that probably wouldn't make a difference), and contact help@teamtreehouse.com.

Thanks. I've just e-mailed the site's support team and will update this thread with any solution that comes from my interactions with them.

I did the same, Andrew and still waiting for a reply. If I hear back before you, I will post to the thread for everyone's benefit.

The login problem cleared up for me last night. Treehouse support also got back to me this morning and stated that the issue should now be resolved after yesterday's difficulties.

I've got the same issue bro's. Even after I downloaded the update it still gives me the incorrect credentials error even though they are correct.

Hi,

I am having the same issue right now. I am unable to login using iPad app but I can login successfully using same details on my macbook online. Please advise as to when this will be fixed?

Try logging in to the iPad app today. The problem cleared up for me last night.

I have just logged into the free 7 day trial and I have the same problem. The website works on my computer but not on iPad.
