Building on what Adam has said above, this is what you need to do. Currently your CSS is selecting like this:

.intro > span

Change this to:

.intro span

Remove the > and it will work. The challenge has a bug.

Seems like the challenge doesn't like the use of the child combinator ( > ). Try selecting the span element using a different tactic.

How did you change the code ?

I used ( , ) and ( : ) insted of ( > ), but it does not work

Does not work. It says " Make sure you are selecting the SPAN element nested inside intro". but when I put it inside it doesn't work either.

That error just means it still doesn't like your css. What does your css rule look like now?

The same. I will leave this task for later. Appreciate your help!
