Can't modify the Text size or other attributes of the TextView/Button

Hello, I don't know why but I can not modify the Text size attribute or any other. The only one I can edit is the Text but not the size or any other attributes. Even if I right click on them - nothing shows up when I do that. I use Win 8 64bit. Thanks alot
