Can't open DesktopServer?

I'm getting an error when try to start up DesktopServer for the first time. The error says, DesktopServer must be run from Applications:XAMPP. Please name and move the folder to the required location.

The problem is the folder is already called XAMPP and it's already stored in my applications folder.

Hi Kevin,

Is desktopserver.app inside the XAMPP folder as well? or did you drag that out?

Kevin, I was getting that error and I took my XAMPP folder out of the libs folder and put the XAMPP folder itself directly in the applications folder, instead of within the libs.

That solved it for me.
