Can't open project

I can't open my android studio projecs. Everytime I go to open or import project, it displays the image of the build and the gradle starting its settings, but after that, once it opens, it shows that my files could not be open or start, it's like my files do not exist

Can someone please explain to me what's happening or if I'm doing sth wrong? Please, help.
