Can't render EditView properly with the environment set-up from "Build a simple Android App"

I encountered this when following along to add EditView to the layout.

```Exception raised during rendering: java.lang.System.arraycopy([CI[CII)V

I am currently using the environment downloaded from "Build a simple Android App"
