Can't scroll PDF on Google Chrome

Hey folks,

I'm currently having an issue where I am unable to scroll on any PDFs that I have uploaded for a specific site in Google Chrome. Outside of this site/browser, this problem does not occur.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I'm looking for any possible solutions.

Note 1: I've noticed that if I rotate the PDF, scrolling is re-enabled.

Note 2: Using Google Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit).
