Can't see Cart button

I'm building a custom theme, using bootstrap as css framework. Everything worked great until i came up to this video and code snippet that Zack implemented in. My custom theme differs from this tutorial, but I have follow it accordingly.

My problem is that I can't find View cart button shown in video, despite the fact that I identically declared function and hook.
