Can't seem to fix the error in android studio

Hey friends. I have a small problem. I installed android studio in my window 10 system. The problem is when I try to run the code in the application, I get an error saying 'no target device found'. I did not connect a USB drive or any such thing to my laptop. Can you help me fix this issue.

If you're not gonna test on your phone, then you need to setup an emulator to launch once you run your code
