Can't upload

Don't laugh but I have Windows 7. I can't upload the images file or normalize css. Is there a troubleshoot for me or is it just time to upgrade?

The fact that you're on W7 should not be a problem. I suggest you clear your cache or try with another browser; Firefox or Chrome should work. Otherwise, you may contact the Support team to see if they can help.
