Career Program - Projects scope

I'm looking to get help with job placement through your career program.

I need some advice on how complex of an app I need to make for my portfolio and does it have to be a web app?

I've done several command line python programs and a front-end javascript shopping cart app.

Are command line Python apps suitable or should I make them into full web apps with Django?

I'm in Portland and want to start job hunting ASAP.

Hi Chris! A full Django app would definitely be a valuable addition to your portfolio. Since you have completed a few smaller projects already, now would be a great time to build a larger application that shows off your understanding of both front-end and back-end web development.
