centering the nav menu

In the case of the nav menu, using the grid.css, how do I get the nav list to display as centered in the page?

.class ul { width: 30%; margin: 0 auto; }

change width appropriately.. I think this should do it (of couse change the .class to whatever class UL has and I could be wrong.. )
