Hi all! where can I get a certificate at the end of your course?

There are different subscription levels.

If I understand correctly, only the Techdegree levels provide any kind of certificate on completion (I'm not a Techdegree student myself).

You can get independent skill assessments from places like Brainbench, but workplaces that honor that kind of certificate will usually ask you to take the test (at their expense) on-premise during an interview.
