if ( money >= 100 && today 'Friday' ) {
you are missing the strict equality operator between today and 'Friday'.
You have also added a money condition to this line:
} else if ( money < 0 && today == 'Friday' ) {
that along with today == 'Friday' evaluates to false so you'll return the incorrect response. Delete that money condition and you should be good.
