Python

Challenge spewing out, ' Bummer : Couldn't import Product ' Can anyone see why this is happening?

The challenge is asking to implement the last @price_setter which I'm pretty positive I got correct, however, it won't let me run the code. Is this a bug in the challenge? I tried restarting and just inputting it in again but no luck. Thanks!!

product.py
class Product:
    _price = 0.0
    tax_rate = 0.12

    def __init__(self, base_price):
        self._price = base_price

    @property
    def price(self):
        return self._price + (self._price * self.tax_rate)

    @price_setter
    def price(self, price):
        self.price = price

You're close, but it looks like you have two typos/misspellings:

  • instead of "@price_setter" (with underscore) you should have "@price.setter" (with period)
  • instead of "self.price" you should have "self._price" (with underscore)

Thanks so much, man!
