Challenge task 1 of 3 web design CSS. No html to reference and tried typing {text-decoration:none} on blank css page.

Site keeps telling me to check text-decoration value. I can preview and it shows a loaded html page with underlines which is Nicks example portfolio but how do I succesfully complete the challenge task. I cant access the html code.

Hi Jeff,

The challenge simply guides you on what css to write. There is no html to look at.

text-decoration: none; is the correct declaration to remove underlines but for what elements?

You haven't supplied a selector there. The challenge wants you to remove the underline from links. So you have to think about which element is for a link.

Right, added the link element. Thanks!
