Now echo Mike's Name To The Screen. Bummer! I am not seeing the word "Mike" in the output. Did you echo something different?

You forgot your semi-colons (;).

<?php $name = "Mike"; ?>

<?php echo $name; ?>

or just

<?php
  $name = "Mike";
  echo $name;
?>
