PHP File Handling with PHP Basic File Handling Reading Files

the question quite confusing.i try to figure it out but fail.

foreach( $files as $file){
  if(strpos($file,'fun') !==false){
    echo'<h3>' . $file . '</h3>';
    echo strtolower($file); 
    }
  }

Hi Samsor, you have the strtolower() function part correct, but you need to provide it with the entire contents of the file, not the name of the file.

$contents = file_get_contents('example' . '/' . $file);
echo strtolower($contents);

That worked - the question was just worded very confusingly and didn't make it clear what they wanted. Thank you!
