PHP Designing Interfaces in PHP Abstract Classes Abstract Class

Challenge Task 3 of 4

Challenge Task 3 of 4

In the Penguin.php file, create a "Penguin" class that inherits from the Bird Class. Make sure you define the abstract method of the Bird Class.

Bird.php
<?php

// abstract bird class
abstract class Bird
{
  public $color,$wingspan,$habitat;

public function eat()
{
}
public function sleep(){

}
  public abstract function communicate($type);
}
Mockingbird.php
<?php

// real Mockingbird class (
Penguin.php
<?php

// real penguin class (cannot fly)
abstract class  Penguin interface Bird
{
 abstract  public function eat();

 }

Hi again Dipika :) You are doing it wrong, the penguin class shouldn't be abstract, interface a wrong keyword it needs to be extend and the method is wrong you need to make the communicate method with a body:

<?php
class Penguin extends Bird {

  public function communicate($type) {
  }

}

thanks for correcting again Daniel :)

can you please look at the last question and let me know whats wrong in it
