Challenges stopped working entirely -- communication problem??!!!!

I've been refreshing the same page for the same challenge for an hour this morning(not including the other challenges).

Last week I reported the same problem to "support". They replied I should use Chrome(which I do) and remove all the extensions(which I did as inconvenient as it is). Nothing has changed and it's only getting worse. Simply giving me these non-instructions and that they are "working on it" is not good enough. Who wants to pay to spend most of the day refreshing pages?
