Changes to the Forums

I really like the changes with the forum guys!

There are just two usability/consistency issues though. There are two search bars for some reason, one for the forum, and one for the courses. Having just one search bar would seem so much more logical. Also, there favicon isn't retina still. It would literally take me less than a minute to fix, so it seems so odd that it hasn't been corrected.

Other than that, great work! I look forward to seeing what is coming out of the pipeline next for the forums.
