Changing EN icon to say full word English in Header menu bar

I am editing a wordpress site and one of the changes that needs to be made is to make the EN button (button that changes website to english) to say English rather than EN. It seemed simple enough but I am having no luck in finding a solution. The site uses WPML plugin for languages, however I have been unable to find a solution to my problem in this area and so if anyone has an idea of where this change can be made, please reply!
