having a bit of trouble with what it is asking for. please assist!

GoKart.java
class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String color;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    this.color = color;
  }

  private int barCount() {
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return color;
  }

You don’t need to return anything you’re being ask to create a method that fill out the barCount of the GoCart when called. To create a method that don’t return anything u need to use the keyword “void”( . inside the function u just need to set barCount to the max bar.
