i got an error message when i clicked the link. Are you posting a link to a 'workspace' or a 'workspace snapshot'? I don't think you can view other people's workspaces directly. i could be wrong.

Seems to work. it's probably consistent with the level of techniques that you've been taught. (you'd probably do things a little differently once you've been taught about the DOM, conditionals...) The story's tension dissipates quickly if you enter that your character is eating his words and nominate yourself as the hero. However, logging to the console is:
