Checking the Request Method video problem

I can't figure out why after filling in the inputs and clicking submit the form just reverts to blank rather than moving to the stage where it says "Thanks for the email! I will be in touch shortly"

Help please.

You need an underscore between REQUEST and METHOD:

REQUEST_METHOD

Does that work for you?
