Checkmark placement

My checkmarks seem to be out of place. When I check and uncheck them only the checkmark image over position 0 gets hidden or shown. I believe this is only a layout issue, it seems that if position 1 is off and gets clicked, if position 0 is off, the checkmark will show in position 1.
